This Returns Policy explains your right of withdrawal and how to return goods bought on https://tunnelvision.one.

\n\n

14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Dutch Civil Code / Consumer Rights Directive).

To meet the deadline, send a clear statement (email is enough) to info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not required.

\n\n

Return condition

Return goods unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging where applicable, in sellable condition. You are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

\n\n

Hygiene — socks & similar

For health/hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned once the seal/hygiene barrier (if any) is broken or use is evident. Unworn socks with tags may be returned within the withdrawal period.

\n\n

How to return

Email info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com with your order number and that you want to withdraw or return.
Ship the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us, to:

Returns
\nPaets van Troostwijkstraat 157, 2522 DP The Hague, Netherlands

We recommend a trackable service. Risk of loss in return transit sits with you until we receive the parcel.

\n\n

Return shipping cost

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, you pay return shipping. If we shipped the wrong or faulty item, we cover return shipping.

\n\n

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund via the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of proof you sent them, whichever is earlier, for withdrawal). We may withhold refund until goods arrive. Original outbound shipping is refunded when you withdraw from the entire order, unless you chose a non-standard delivery method more expensive than our cheapest option — then we refund only the cheapest rate.

\n\n

Faulty goods

Statutory conformity rights for defective goods remain available in addition to withdrawal. Contact us promptly with photos and your order number.

\n\n

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the European Union and European Economic Area only. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, United States, or other non-EEA destinations at this time.

\n\n

Rates

Netherlands: €3.95
Other EU / EEA: €7.95
Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders from €40 (after discounts, before shipping)

Rates include applicable VAT. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout.

\n\n

Carrier & timing

We fulfil with PostNL (or an equivalent EU carrier if needed). Typical delivery after dispatch:

Netherlands: 2–4 working days
Other EU / EEA: 4–10 working days

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods and carrier delays can extend delivery.

\n\n

Dispatch

In-stock orders usually leave within a few working days after payment. You receive tracking when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Out-of-stock items cannot ship until restocked.

\n\n

Failed delivery

Keep your address and phone correct. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we may charge re-shipping or refund the order minus outbound shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.

\n\n

Customs

EEA deliveries should not incur extra customs duties for standard consumer parcels. If a destination change ever requires duties or taxes, those are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.

\n\n

What we collect

Account / checkout: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (if provided), order history, payment status (payment card data is handled by Shopify Payments / payment providers, not stored by us in full).
Technical: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.
Support: contents of emails you send to info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com.
Product waitlist: email address, the product you asked about (and colour, if you picked one), and the time you signed up.
Vision Pass: name, email address, a pass code we issue, and the time you signed up.

The waitlist is only for a restock or drop notice for that product. Vision Pass is only to issue your confirmation and the partner store perk that comes with it. We do not add you to a general marketing newsletter. If we start one later, we will ask for a separate opt-in.

\n\n

Purposes & legal bases

Perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): checkout, delivery, returns, invoices.
Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax and accounting retention.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): site security, fraud prevention, improving the shop.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): product waitlist / restock notices when you submit the form; Vision Pass confirmation and the related partner perk when you submit that form; non-essential cookies / analytics / advertising pixels when you accept them.

\n\n

Processors & recipients

We use Shopify and its subprocessors to host the storefront, cart, checkout, and related commerce tools. We use Klaviyo to store waitlist and Vision Pass emails and send the related restock, drop, or Vision Pass confirmation. Analytics and ads tools (for example Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) only run if you consent via the cookie banner. Carriers (for example PostNL) receive address data to deliver orders. Nike Store The Hague may see your name and pass code if you use the partner perk in store. We do not sell your personal data.

\n\n

International transfers

Shopify, Klaviyo, and some tools may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

\n\n

Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by Dutch tax law (generally 7 years). Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe, you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after we have notified you that the product is back (whichever comes first). Vision Pass records are kept until you ask us to delete them or the pass is retired. Cookie data follows the periods in the cookie settings.

\n\n

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Contact info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

\n\n

Cookies

Essential cookies are needed for the shop to work (session, cart, security, consent preference). Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the banner.

Products & availability

We sell Tunnelvision apparel and accessories. Product pages show availability. Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased until restocked. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an order affected by an obvious mistake.

\n\n

Prices & payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments (including iDEAL and major cards where available). Ownership of goods transfers when we receive full payment; risk transfers on delivery to you or your carrier pick-up point.

\n\n

An order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders (fraud risk, stock error, force majeure). If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid.

\n\n

Shipping

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within the EU / EEA only.

\n\n

Your statutory and store return rights are in our Returns Policy.

\n\n

Site content, marks, and product designs are owned by TUNNELVISION or its licensors. You may not copy or commercially reuse them without written permission.

\n\n

Governing law

Dutch law applies. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in The Hague, without prejudice to your right to sue in your home court as a consumer.
