Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TUNNELVISION processes personal data when you use https://tunnelvision.one or buy from us. We process data under the EU GDPR and Dutch implementing law.

What we collect

  • Account / checkout: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (if provided), order history, payment status (payment card data is handled by Shopify Payments / payment providers, not stored by us in full).
  • Technical: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.
  • Support: contents of emails you send to info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com.

We do not run a marketing newsletter at launch. If we add one later, we will ask for consent where required.

Purposes & legal bases

  • Perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): checkout, delivery, returns, invoices.
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax and accounting retention.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): site security, fraud prevention, improving the shop.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): non-essential cookies / analytics / advertising pixels when you accept them.

Processors & recipients

We use Shopify and its subprocessors to host the storefront, cart, checkout, and related commerce tools. Analytics and ads tools (for example Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) only run if you consent via the cookie banner. Carriers (for example PostNL) receive address data to deliver orders. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Shopify and some tools may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by Dutch tax law (generally 7 years). Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. Cookie data follows the periods in the cookie settings.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Contact info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Cookies

Essential cookies are needed for the shop to work (session, cart, security, consent preference). Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the banner.
