Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://tunnelvision.one and any purchase from TUNNELVISION. By browsing or ordering you agree to these Terms. The contract language is English.

Products & availability

We sell Tunnelvision apparel and accessories. Product pages show availability. Items marked out of stock cannot be purchased until restocked. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an order affected by an obvious mistake.

Prices & payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments (including iDEAL and major cards where available). Ownership of goods transfers when we receive full payment; risk transfers on delivery to you or your carrier pick-up point.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders (fraud risk, stock error, force majeure). If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid.

Shipping

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within the EU / EEA only.

Returns & withdrawal

Your statutory and store return rights are in our Returns Policy.

Consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protections apply and prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or other liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

IP

Site content, marks, and product designs are owned by TUNNELVISION or its licensors. You may not copy or commercially reuse them without written permission.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in The Hague, without prejudice to your right to sue in your home court as a consumer.
