Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the European Union and European Economic Area only. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, United States, or other non-EEA destinations at this time.

Rates

  • Netherlands: €3.95
  • Other EU / EEA: €7.95
  • Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders from €40 (after discounts, before shipping)

Rates include applicable VAT. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout.

Carrier & timing

We fulfil with PostNL (or an equivalent EU carrier if needed). Typical delivery after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 2–4 working days
  • Other EU / EEA: 4–10 working days

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods and carrier delays can extend delivery.

Dispatch

In-stock orders usually leave within a few working days after payment. You receive tracking when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Out-of-stock items cannot ship until restocked.

Failed delivery

Keep your address and phone correct. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we may charge re-shipping or refund the order minus outbound shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.

Customs

EEA deliveries should not incur extra customs duties for standard consumer parcels. If a destination change ever requires duties or taxes, those are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
