14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Dutch Civil Code / Consumer Rights Directive).

To meet the deadline, send a clear statement (email is enough) to info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not required.

Return condition

Return goods unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging where applicable, in sellable condition. You are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Hygiene — socks & similar

For health/hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned once the seal/hygiene barrier (if any) is broken or use is evident. Unworn socks with tags may be returned within the withdrawal period.

How to return

1. Email info.tunnelvisionclub@gmail.com with your order number and that you want to withdraw or return.
2. Ship the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us, to:

We recommend a trackable service. Risk of loss in return transit sits with you until we receive the parcel.

Return shipping cost

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, you pay return shipping. If we shipped the wrong or faulty item, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund via the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of proof you sent them, whichever is earlier, for withdrawal). We may withhold refund until goods arrive. Original outbound shipping is refunded when you withdraw from the entire order, unless you chose a non-standard delivery method more expensive than our cheapest option — then we refund only the cheapest rate.

Faulty goods

Statutory conformity rights for defective goods remain available in addition to withdrawal. Contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
