Luma. Sign in to link an email. Saving the email is not a check-in. A check-in counts when that email is on the guest list. Live sync needs a Luma API key, which is not connected.
Instagram. The handle is saved here. Posts, comments, and stories are not read from Instagram yet. That needs the Instagram app and a signed webhook.
Strava. Not connected. Activity rewards need Strava OAuth with permission to read activities. Nothing on this page counts a run yet.
